Strategic Financial Leadership provides education in the following areas: Leading the organization to sustainability, the role of financial officer,what is strategic planning, developing a long-term financial plan/financial modeling, developing the capital budget and its role in long-termfinancial planning, collaboration, partnerships, and shared services.
